This project is very important to me, which is why I started it. There
was a little girl at the Clothe-A-Child event that really got to me in a profound 
way and a boy named Anthony who just broke my mom's heart to the
point that she was in tears on the way home. Shortly after that, I found out
from my contact at Vista Colina where I am volunteering that Pappas is
closing this summer. I immediately thought back about these kids and just
had to try to help! What a huge added weight for homeless families to have
to also now have a uniform expense. It's such a shame they are losing the
safety zone of this special school.
