The highlight of the DeMolay year is upon us as we prepare for our Annual Convention in July where the members from across the state come together for an exciting weekend. This year’s Annual Convention will cost just over $200 per DeMolay member, but we have an opportunity with your help to make the event more affordable. Commit to an Ad in our Convention Yearbook to ensure that every member of our state can attend the Convention this year. You can make the difference in a young man’s life!
Platinum Package — $200 — Single Full Page Ad, an event named after your organization at Convention 2019, and announcement as a premier sponsor at our Grand Banquet of over 125+ DeMolay & Masonic dignitaries. Copy of the Convention Yearbook mailed post-convention, Branded Poster on Display Throughout Convention Recognizing You.
Gold Package - $100 - Single Full Page Ad. Convention Yearbook mailed post-convention and event at Convention 2019 Named After You.
Silver Package - $75 - 1/2 Page Ad. Convention Yearbook mailed post-convention.
Bronze Package - $65 - 1/4 Page Ad.
We are asking all our adult Masonic organizations to take part in the 2018 Yearbook. Please make a place for us in your contributions. Masonic youth are the future of our lodges, chapters and communities and giving them the leadership education they need, comes in part, due to your donations.
Our “New Supporter Offer,” provides an opportunity for your organization to be a named sponsor of a table at the Grand Banquet Convention and is offered for just an additional $20. Please return by mail the attached Yearbook Donation Contract, including your ad. If providing an updated PDF or JPEG artwork, this can also be electronically forwarded in advance of your contract to: adbooklet@azdemolay.org.
